BRENDAN GAETA
Senior Associate
After graduating from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, Brendan joined Connolly Suthers in early January 2004.
Brendan was appointed an Senior Associate of the firm in July 2010.
Brendan primarily works in the firm's property law department having attained experience in many areas of law including residential, commercial and business acquisitions and sales, leasing, tenancy disputes, land development applications and Body Corporate and Community Management Act issues. Brendan is also closely involved in the firm's estate administration and estate planning department which includes the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Brendan is committed to providing first class guidance and advice and strives to ensure that the clients legal needs are met. Brendan's experience in many areas of law comes into play every day in meeting the many needs of Connolly Suthers' clients.
