SIMON TURNER Litigation Partner Connolly Suthers comprises one of the largest plaintiffs' litigation practices in North Queensland - a team of some ten lawyers and para-legal professionals. At the head of this team is litigation partner, Simon Turner.
Having completed his articles with a Townsville law firm, Simon was admitted to practice as a lawyer in Queensland in 1978. He has practised continuously since admission. Simon joined Connolly Suthers as a partner in 1979. He has acted for a number of large insurance companies and conducted extensive commercial and insurance litigation. He and his team successfully have acted for plaintiffs in many of Queensland's leading cases.
