Brendan graduated from James Cook University in Townsville with a Bachelor of Commerce - Bachelor of Laws in April 2006. In January 2006 he commenced employment as a trainee solicitor with Ruddy Tomlins & Baxter, Solicitors and was admitted as a Solicitor in October 2007.
Following his admission as a Solicitor he continued in his employment with Ruddy Tomlins & Baxter, practicing law in a wide range of areas until joining Connolly Suthers Lawyers in October 2008.
