Paul became a Partner of the firm in 1995. He has extensive experience in commercial law, estate and business disputes, estate planning, business succession, superannuation law and in meeting the legal and commercial needs of businesses large and small.

Paul also specialises in business dispute resolution and has acted in many contentious partnership, company, estate and trust disputes. He is a Queensland Law Society Succession Law Accredited Specialist (presently the only such Specialist in North Queensland).
