BRAD SKINNER Property Law Partner Building on a career in commercial lending, Brad Skinner joined Connolly Suthers in 1991. He was admitted to practice as a lawyer in Queensland in 1996.Over the following two years, Brad practised as a lawyer in London and as a legal consultant to the British High Commission in Trinidad. Returning home, he became an Associate of Connolly Suthers in 1998, and a Partner in 2000. Brad has extensive experience in property law, including residential, rural and commercial conveyancing, commercial leasing, town planning and land resumption compensation matters. Brad has provided legal advice to clients in a number of substantial residential and commercial land and strata unit projects developed throughout North and South East Queensland and specialises in Body Corporate and Community Management Act issues.
