Adrienne Hollis

Adrienne joined Connolly Suthers in March 2023 and practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation team.
She represents individuals, businesses, associations, and property owners in a range of disputes involving contract breaches, lease disputes, debt recovery, land partitions, Australian Consumer Law matters, common law issues, and building and construction disputes.
Adrienne also advises and appears in the Planning & Environment Court in matters including development appeals, enforcement proceedings, and disputes involving local government compliance.
She brings a commercially focused and solutions driven approach to litigation. Her background prior to law included working in hotel management, WorkCover and project management across residential and commercial construction projects which has given her valuable industry insight and a practical understanding of the real world impacts of legal disputes on individuals and businesses.
Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Laws from James Cook University. She is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia and is an active committee member of the Townsville District Law Association, reflecting her commitment to the local legal profession and its ongoing development.
