Bo Ryan

Bo is a partner of the firm, practicing exclusively in family law.
Since her admission in 2018, Bo has assisted clients with a wide range of family law matters including property settlements, parenting disputes, child support and spousal maintenance issues.
Bo is pragmatic and understands the importance of resolving matters amicably where possible to avoid the financial costs and emotional toll of litigation. Bo has assisted many clients at all stages of family law matters including negotiations, mediations, contested hearings and the conduct of appeals.
Bo has a particular interest in parenting matters involving relocation and she has successfully obtained many Recovery Orders for her clients. In addition, Bo’s practice routinely involves the division of assets in complex property matters involving trust structures, corporate entities, businesses and other property interests.
In her spare time Bo has been a Committee Member of the Townsville District Law Association, she has been a Mentor for James Cook University Students and has worked with students (both in high school and at university) to give them first-hand experience as a solicitor.
