Tanya Mount

Tanya joined Connolly Suthers in 2011 and began working in family law as a paralegal in 2015. She graduated from Central Queensland University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws. After completing a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Bond University, Tanya was admitted to practice as a lawyer in June 2022.

Since her admission, Tanya has practiced solely in family law and had exposure to all family law issues including parenting disputes, divorce, property settlement and child support.

Tanya’s approach focuses on assisting clients to try to resolve their matters through negotiations and/or mediation where possible to avoid the burden and costs of Court litigation.  However, with experience in Court litigation, Tanya also assists clients when Court litigation occurs.
